Friday: Broadway bombshell Bernadette Peters gets her gay-friendliness on, when she duets with the North Coast Men’s Chorus in a benefit for the 100-homo choir at Playhouse Square. Accompanied by the Cleveland Pops Orchestra, Peters will share stage time in a rendition of Stephen Sondheim’s “You Could Drive a Person Crazy,” before she launches into a one-hour solo set. Saturday: Shake hands with Cleveland punter and Ohio U. grad Dave Zastudil as the school’s Cleveland Bobcats alumni association stage a Kickin’ It With Dave Z meet-and-greet with the Bay Village native. The two-hour party also marks the first time the group is pimping for money to start an academic scholarship. Meet Zastudil between 3 and 5 p.m. at Hilarities, 2035 East 4th Street. Sunday: More than a dozen white steeds trot, gallop, and leap through the air, when the World Famous Lipizzaner Stallions perform a couple of two-hour equine extravaganzas at the Wolstein Center. The Lipizzaners’ choreographed moves include an intricate “ballet in horseshoes” and the “Airs Above the Ground” military formation.
